Kerry and his wife, Dr. Phuong Nguyen, opened their private practice in El Paso, Tx.in 2000.  After outgrowing their original location, they built their own office building in 2013 making Eyeland Vision one of the largest private practices in the city. 

 

As Kerry's passion for the profession of optometry continued, he became the president of the EL Paso Optometric Association in 2017.  After several years of consistent practice growth, Eyeland Vision was sought after by several private equity firms and was sold to Acuity Eye Group in 2021.  The sale of Eyeland Vision gave Kerry time to pursue his other passion, real estate.  Through apartment syndications and other real estate opportunities, Kerry is helping his fellow optometrists and other professionals with hassle free passive cash flow and appreciation of assets.
